Elle peut nous aider \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la souffrance humaine et nous accompagner en ces temps d\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie o\u00f9 se reconnecter \u00e0 notre pouvoir int\u00e9rieur n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi essentiel. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus que comme un simple outil, nous pouvons adopter la pleine conscience comme une attitude \u00e0 cultiver envers la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce la M\u00e9ditation pleine conscience ? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un apprentissage \u00e0 diriger notre attention de fa\u00e7on intentionnelle et sans jugement sur l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre attentif signifie \u00caTRE pr\u00e9sent, d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re aimante et sans jugement envers ce qui se manifeste \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de nous-m\u00eame. Dans la m\u00e9ditation de la respiration, on apprend \u00e0 rester connect\u00e9 \u00e0 notre souffle, pour devenir l\u2019observateur bienveillant de nos pens\u00e9es, sentiments et d\u00e9sirs, sans les rejeter ni fusionner avec eux. La m\u00e9ditation nous permet de cultiver l&rsquo;observateur qui se trouve en chacun de nous. Nous pouvons ainsi r\u00e9pondre avec cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et sagesse au stress et \u00e0 la peur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourner notre attention vers notre corps nous aide \u00e0 nous ancrer dans le moment pr\u00e9sent. Nous pouvons ainsi observer et assister \u00e0 ce qui \u00e9merge dans une attitude d&rsquo;acceptation dynamique et positive, sans \u00eatre r\u00e9sign\u00e9. Cette attitude nous permet de clarifier quel sera le choix et la meilleure attitude face \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi. De cette fa\u00e7on nous apprenons \u00e0 voir la vie, souffrance comprise, comme une \u00e9cole o\u00f9 nous pouvons apprendre et \u00e9voluer plut\u00f4t que de se battre ou d\u2019 \u00e9chapper \u00e0 ce qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adopter cette attitude pour faire face aux \u00e9motions stressantes que ce virus d\u00e9clenche, afin de rester fort et de soulager la souffrance que nous vivons tous, en tant qu&rsquo;\u00eatre humain, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La peur, une \u00e9motion paralysante<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Face au stress, nos r\u00e9actions biologiques r\u00e9agissent en mode lutte, fuite ou sid\u00e9ration. En mode lutte, nous jugeons les autres et avons la pernicieuse tendance \u00e0 nous critiquer et \u00e0 nous bl\u00e2mer. Devant une douleur, nous trouvons des strat\u00e9gies pour \u00e9chapper en nous \u201cconsolant\u201c avec la nourriture l&rsquo;alcool et d\u2019autres fuites. La sid\u00e9ration, elle, nous rend impuissants. C\u2019est la r\u00e9action biologique qui assure notre survie. Malheureusement toutes ces attitudes d\u2019\u00e9vitements ne feront qu&rsquo;augmenter notre souffrance, d\u00e9veloppant parfois des maladies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup d&rsquo;entre nous sommes en ce moment confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un stress important induit par la peur, l&rsquo;incertitude, les inqui\u00e9tudes, le doute quant \u00e0 notre avenir, ainsi qu&rsquo;une instabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re plus tangible. En apprenant \u00e0 ancrer notre corps par des m\u00e9ditations du souffle et le balayage corporel, par exemple, nous pouvons apprendre \u00e0 nous connecter \u00e0 une \u00e9nergie pr\u00e9cieuse et n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9nergie du moment pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 vivre, moment par moment au lieu de ressasser le pass\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;anticiper les menaces de l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet apprentissage clarifie et nourrit notre relation avec notre monde int\u00e9rieur, avec nos pens\u00e9es et nos \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La m\u00e9ditation pleine conscience, rempart face aux \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne nouvelle, confirm\u00e9e par les nombreuses recherches en neurosciences et en \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tique, est que nous avons une autre possibilit\u00e9. C\u2019est d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la peur \u00e0 travers une attitude diff\u00e9rente que nous pouvons cultiver gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la Pleine Conscience et \u00e0 la Psychosynth\u00e8se, l\u2019\u00e9cole psychologique \u00e0 laquelle j\u2019appartiens, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Roberto Assagioli. Ce psychiatre a \u00e9t\u00e9 le pionnier de l\u2019introduction, au d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle, de la M\u00e9ditation en Occident. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la M\u00e9ditation Pleine Conscience, nous \u00e9veillons l\u2019observateur qui est en nous. C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la Pleine Conscience qui a la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce qui nous fait souffrir. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette \u00e9nergie ing\u00e9nieuse, nous observons nos peurs avec compassion et acceptation. Elle peut gu\u00e9rir la peur et tous les sentiments douloureux que nous ressentons, en acceptant notre vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et notre humanit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La peur est normale dans des moments comme ceux-ci et nous ne pouvons pas la nier ou la rejeter. Par la Pleine Conscience, nous reconnaissons la pr\u00e9sence de sentiments ou de pens\u00e9es d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables, pour ensuite d\u00e9cider si et quand avoir une conversation bienveillante avec elles. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;observateur peut se lier d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 avec ces pens\u00e9es et ces sentiments, puis leur demander d&rsquo;attendre en silence tout en ancrant son attention sur son corps. Plus tard, une fois que l\u2019on aura pacifi\u00e9 le corps et l&rsquo;esprit, on pourra engager une conversation avec les pens\u00e9es effrayantes et explorer la nature et les besoins qui s\u2019y cachent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la m\u00e9ditation d\u00e9veloppe premi\u00e8rement notre intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9guler nos \u00e9motions \u00e0 travers la pratique de l\u2019ancrage \u00e0 notre souffle et \u00e0 notre corps. Deuxi\u00e8mement, elle nous apprend \u00e0 devenir plus intime avec nous-m\u00eame. Elle nous permet de nous lier d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 avec nos \u00e9motions difficiles, pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler leurs natures profondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle et ma pratique clinique m\u2019ont montr\u00e9 que cette pratique spirituelle agit en nous comme un re-parentage spirituel : nous nous \u00e9coutons comme des parents aimants. Cette pratique est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieuse car elle nous lib\u00e8re de nos souffrances, elle nous transforme et nous gu\u00e9rit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand nous \u00e9coutons d&rsquo;un amour inconditionnel notre souffrance et les \u00e9motions difficiles qui les accompagnent, nous allons nourrir de notre amour notre enfant int\u00e9rieur. L&rsquo;amour est une r\u00e9ponse naturelle \u00e0 la souffrance humaine. Si nous apprenons comment nous tourner vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur avec acceptation et bienveillance, alors nous cultivons cette qualit\u00e9. De cette fa\u00e7on, nous retrouvons notre int\u00e9grit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces pratiques de la M\u00e9ditation Pleine Conscience, nous nous lib\u00e9rerons de la souffrance et de la s\u00e9paration. Ce changement en nous-m\u00eame apporte aussi un changement dans nos relations et petit \u00e0 petit, aussi dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le Mahatma Gandhi a affirm\u00e9, \u00ab soyons le changement que nous voulons voir dans le monde \u00bb. Notre paix int\u00e9rieure est la force silencieuse n\u00e9cessaire pour produire les changements. We need to embrace mindfulness not as a simple tool but as an attitude towards life. <\/strong>Being mindful means BEING present, in a loving and non-judgmental way towards what is manifesting within. We have the chance to adopt this attitude to face the challenging stressful emotions this virus is triggering, in order to stay strong and alleviate the suffering we are experiencing all as human beings on a worldwide scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meditation helps us to connect with the energy of the present<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of us may be experiencing a considerable amount of fear-induced stress, uncertainty, worries, doubt regarding our future, along with the more tangible financial instability.<br>By training how to anchor our bodies through breathing meditations or body scan meditations, just to mention a few, we can learn to connect with the energy of the present moment and live moment by moment instead of ruminating the past or anticipating the threats of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training nurtures our relationship with our inner world, with our thoughts and emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the breathing meditation, training to stay connected to one&rsquo;s breath allow us to become the kind observer of our thoughts, feelings and desires, without rejecting them or identifying with them. Meditating allows us to cultivate the kind observer which lies within all of us. This attitude allow us to respond with creativity and wisdom to stress and fear instead of reacting .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turning to one&rsquo;s body will help anchor into the present moment, observing and attending to what emerges in a dynamic and positive attitude of acceptation, without being resignation. This attitude grants us clarity in choosing the best option in the face of a challenge. It allows us to see life, including suffering, as a school where you can learn and evolve instead of reacting, fighting or escaping from what is already there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mindfulness, a better response to fear<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In front of suffering our biological instincts react in either fight, flight or freeze mode. When in fight mode, we judge others, and tends to criticize and blame ourselves. In front of a pain we find strategies to escape. All these attitudes heightens our suffering, potentially to the point of creating physically ailments. This is our biological reaction for survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have another possibility to learn to respond to fear through a different attitude we can cultivate through mindfulness and psychosynthesis a psychological school I belong wich pioneered Mindfulness. In mindfulness we strengthen the observing self and we attend to what is there. We look at our fears with kindness and acceptance. The energy of the observer is resourceful, it can heal the fear and every painful feeling we experience, coming to terms with our vulnerability and humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fear is normal during times like these and we cannot deny or reject it. Through mindfulness, we recognize the presence of unpleasant feelings or thoughts, to then decide whether, if and when to engage with them. The energy of the observer can befriend these feelings and ask them to wait in silence while anchoring his attention to the body. Once we have pacified our body and mind and we are in a state of calm we can decide to engage in a conversation with the fearful thoughts and explore the nature and the needs that lay underneath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mindfulness, a path to love oneself<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore meditation on one hand teaches the ability to regulate emotions anchoring to the body, and on the other hand, teaches us to become more intimate and befriend our difficult emotions to reveal their nature and their needs. In this way Mindfulness is also a precious path to know ourselves more deeply ,in addition he can reveals us a new purpose and direction in our life .<br>This is such a beautiful and liberating path that has been called a spiritual reparenting.<br>We learn new loving ways to listen to ourselves , as a loving parent, through unconditional love towards our suffering and the difficult emotions that come with it. We nurture our inner child. Love is a natural response to human suffering, if we turn within and cultivate this inherent quality. We will listen to ourselves to reconnect to our wholeness and humanity.
