La contribution de Freud fut fondamentale. Il d\u00e9couvrit quasiment seul \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e, et l\u2019a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme source essentielle du comportement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freud aborda la psychiatrie en \u00e9tudiant les forces psychologiques qui m\u00e8nent au d\u00e9veloppement des troubles psychiques et en soulignant l\u2019importance des exp\u00e9riences de l\u2019enfance dans le d\u00e9veloppement futur de l\u2019individu. La t\u00e2che du bon analyste consiste alors \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les obstacles emp\u00eachant l\u2019expression de ces forces. Il identifie la \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28, ou \u00e9nergie sexuelle, comme la principale de ces forces psychologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freud propose une nouvelle th\u00e9orie de la personnalit\u00e9. Sa \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc31\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\u0300\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e se compose<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7a&nbsp;: le lieu du contenu psychique refoul\u00e9, des pulsions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surmoi&nbsp;: structure quasiment inconsciente cr\u00e9\u00e9e par l\u2019int\u00e9riorisation des r\u00e8gles soci\u00e9tales et parentales, qui a le r\u00f4le d\u2019emp\u00eacher le \u00c7a de satisfaire librement ses propres pulsions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moi&nbsp;: structure organisatrice de la personnalit\u00e9, qui a pour t\u00e2che principale d\u2019assurer la m\u00e9diation entre les exigences du \u00c7a, les besoins de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et les interdictions impos\u00e9es par le Surmoi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi la psychologie freudienne est fondamentalement une \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2c, dans laquelle il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019espace pour le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration qualitative du Moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd4\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roberto Assagioli, psychiatre v\u00e9nitien (1888-1974), s\u2019\u00e9tait sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital psychiatrique du Burgh\u00f6zli (Zurich), sous la direction d\u2019Eug\u00e8ne Bleuler, o\u00f9 exer\u00e7ait aussi C. G. Jung. Il \u00e9tait en correspondance avec Freud, s\u2019int\u00e9ressant activement \u00e0 la psychanalyse&nbsp;: en t\u00e9moignent, sa th\u00e8se consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la psychanalyse (1910)&nbsp;; sa contribution au subconscient (Congr\u00e8s international de philosophie, Bologne, 1911) ; ses comptes rendus sur la psychanalyse (revue Psych\u00e9, qu\u2019il a fond\u00e9e puis dirig\u00e9e de 1911 \u00e0 1915). Dans l\u2019\u00e9change \u00e9pistolaire entre Freud et Jung, nous savons que le cr\u00e9ateur de la psychanalyse fondait de grands espoirs dans le jeune psychiatre v\u00e9nitien qu\u2019il consid\u00e9rait comme la personne apte \u00e0 diffuser sa pens\u00e9e en Italie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1d : \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc31 \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assagioli s\u2019est rapidement d\u00e9tach\u00e9 du courant psychanalytique, tout en reconnaissant les apports immenses et indiscutables de Freud. La raison de fond \u00e9tait une conception diff\u00e9rente de la psych\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assagioli a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser publiquement le terme <em>psychosynth\u00e8se <\/em>en 1926 lorsqu\u2019il a \u00e9crit la brochure <em>Psychosynthesis a new method of healing. <\/em>Cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, il cr\u00e9a l\u2019Institut de Psychosynth\u00e8se \u00e0 Rome, transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019actuel si\u00e8ge de Florence apr\u00e8s la deuxi\u00e8me guerre mondiale et constitu\u00e9 en personnalit\u00e9 morale en 1965. Il d\u00e9finit la psychosynth\u00e8se comme une conception \u00ab int\u00e9grale et dynamique de l\u2019\u00eatre humain \u00bb.<em><u><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La description de la psych\u00e9 de l\u2019homme faite par Freud est en effet apparue incompl\u00e8te \u00e0 Assagioli. Il ne partageait pas l\u2019importance exceptionnelle attribu\u00e9e par Freud au c\u00f4t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur et instinctif de la sexualit\u00e9 au d\u00e9triment des manifestations sup\u00e9rieures de l\u2019amour. Pour Assagioli, la vision de l\u2019inconscient structur\u00e9 de Freud ne r\u00e9pondait pas suffisamment aux \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l\u2019homme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout en int\u00e9grant les apports freudiens ainsi que \u201cl\u2019inconscient collectif\u201d de Jung, le mod\u00e8le d\u2019Assagioli inclut une instance psychique qu\u2019il appela l\u2019inconscient sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il con\u00e7oit \ud835\udc25\u2019\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc31: l\u2019inconscient inf\u00e9rieur (inconscient de Freud), l\u2019inconscient moyen et l\u2019inconscient sup\u00e9rieur. Chaque niveau a ses propres caract\u00e9ristiques et est en osmose avec les autres. L\u2019\u00eatre humain n\u2019est pas d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par ses instincts sexuels, d\u2019autres \u00e9nergies concourent \u00e0 son \u00e9volution. Assagioli, suivant en cela Jung et Binswanger, r\u00e9introduisit la philosophie et la dimension du spirituel dans la psychoth\u00e9rapie. Il propose\u00e9galement de cultiver des \ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c telles que l\u2019amour, la joie, la beaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assagioli pla\u00e7ait au centre de la psych\u00e9, le Sujet, le \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc1e, distinct des contenus de la conscience en apportant une perspective unificatrice \u00e0 la psych\u00e9 tout enti\u00e8re. En 1926, il \u00e9crivait \u00ab La psychosynth\u00e8se \u00e9tudie chaque fait psychique en relation \u00e0 sa connexion vitale avec le centre de conscience, sur la base de la connaissance et de l\u2019action du Je \u00bb. Ce Je est \u00e9labor\u00e9 par la pratique de la d\u00e9sidentification et refl\u00e8te les \ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc22, qui repr\u00e9sente la pleine r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u00eatre. Assagioli associe au \u00ab Je conscient \u00bb un aspect dynamique, la \u00ab \ud835\udc15\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\u0301\u00bb, qui est une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9rieure de libert\u00e9 dirig\u00e9e vers l\u2019action. Il con\u00e7oit l\u2019int\u00e9gration de diff\u00e9rentes \ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c autour d\u2019un Centre, principe d\u2019harmonisation. Cette int\u00e9gration prend en compte les aspects physiques, psychologiques et spirituels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La psychosynth\u00e8se propose donc un autre mod\u00e8le pour expliquer la nature de la personnalit\u00e9 humaine au plan psychologique.Alors que pour la psychanalyse la synth\u00e8se est un processus spontan\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019analyse, Assagioli introduit la notion de \u00ab \ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\u0300\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e\u00bb dans le processus de croissance et d\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00eatre. La psychosynth\u00e8se se pr\u00e9sente comme un processus \u00e9ducatif de la psych\u00e9. L\u2019approche de la psychoth\u00e9rapie par la psychosynth\u00e8se, apr\u00e8s avoir corrig\u00e9 les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense et les r\u00e9sistances au moyen de m\u00e9thodes analytiques, vise activement \u00e0 la reconstruction de la personnalit\u00e9 et son \u00e9volution.C\u2019est une \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc27\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1e de la psychologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi la psychosynth\u00e8se peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\u0300\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc29\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\u0301\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d.
